INTRODUCTION

Vodaworld Magazine is a 88-page, full colour quarterly magazine. The magazine is published by Interactive Africa for Vodacom and is the largest technology magazine in South Africa.

PRINT ORDER

The print order of Vodaworld Magazine is 1,066,000 copies per issue (ABC Audited).

EDITORIAL CONTENT

The editorial split of the magazine is currently 70:30 cellular/information technology: lifestyle. The cellular/IT features include handset reviews, the latest cellular technology reports, a pre-paid section, a corporate solutions and an Internet section. The lifestyle features include travel and sport. The competition pages give advertisers the opportunity to offer give-aways or special offers to Vodacom subscribers.

The publication also offers editorial for our younger reader, called Wireless 24.7; with interesting features like Funky Fone, CD reviews and much more!

PRICING

Vodaworld Magazine is free of charge and distributed to all Vodacom subscribers. Every single Vodacom Service Provider Company (VSPC) subscriber receives the magazine, giving advertisers direct access to the valuable Vodacom contract market. Subscribers who are with other service providers or who are prepaid users, but have specifically requested the magazine, also receives the publication. Network subscribers can also pick up Vodaworld from cellular outlets around the country. The remainder is sent to Phoneshops across the country.

ADVERTISING AND BOOKINGS

Advertising pages in Vodaworld Magazine are limited to 40% per edition. This is to avoid advertising clutter and ensure that advertisements appear in a true editorial environment.
